Slow down before solving.
The most useful design move usually happens before any screen does. It happens in the audit, the interview, the question nobody wanted to ask.

Architecture beats aesthetics.
When the underlying mental model is broken, a refresh just polishes the confusion. Move the structure first; the surface follows.

Make invisible systems honest.
Privacy, claims, biometrics, lending. The work users can't see still has to communicate itself clearly. Trust is a design output.
